LAUNDRY POLICY

  1. Sneakinn is not responsible for damages, color bleeding, color change, and shrinkage that occur in case of products that cannot endure the normal cleaning procedure either due to their age, wear and tear, or inherent defects in the weaving or texture of the material.
  2. Products are handled with utmost care and caution at Sneakinn. However, due to different chemical and physical properties of leather, not all products may come out well, and certain stains or spots may not be fully removable. We are not responsible for such instances, and our services will be fully chargeable.
  3. All of Sneakinn's services are 100% non-refundable. Once the work is performed, it cannot be undone or returned to its original state.
  4. The product may not retain its exact original look and color after the normal cleaning procedure, for which we hold no responsibility.
  5. Scars, veins, tic, natural spots, marks, etc., may become more prominent after cleaning, and we do not accept responsibility for these natural characteristics of the material.
  6. We are not responsible for pre-existing stains and damages that cannot be removed.  At Sneakinn, we understand that articles reaching us may sometimes be in a less-than-ideal condition, covered in dust, with unseen spots or marks that may become visible during the cleaning process. While we strive to deliver impeccable results, we want to inform our customers that if such marks or spots emerge post-cleaning, Sneakinn shall not be held responsible.
  7. Sneakinn has a unique in-house security system in place to ensure the safety of your products at our premises. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss occurring due to abnormal events such as fire, theft, burglary, etc.
  8. Sneakinn is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during transit, whether through courier services or our own pickup and drop-off by our riders.
  9. In case any settlement is being made for a damaged or lost product, the settlement amount cannot exceed 1.5 times the service charge for that item or the retail price (no resale price will be considered) of the product adjusted for depreciation at 50% per annum, whichever is lower. A copy of the retail invoice should be provided in the case of the latter. The retail price refers to the original price at which a product was launched by the brand, and should not be confused with the resale price, which is the price at which third-party platforms or individuals sell the product after its launch.
  10. Sneakinn reserves the right to refuse service to any item that is deemed unfit for cleaning or restoration. This includes items that are excessively damaged, structurally compromised, or pose a risk to our staff or equipment.
  11. Customers are advised to remove any valuable or sentimental items from the articles before submitting them for cleaning or restoration. Sneakinn is not responsible for any loss of such items during the process.
  12. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and detailed information about the articles to be serviced, including any known defects, sensitive materials, or special handling requirements. Sneakinn will not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  13. In the event of a dispute regarding the condition or damages of an article, Sneakinn may request additional documentation or evidence, such as photographs or expert opinions, to assess the situation and determine appropriate resolution.
  14. In our commitment to providing exceptional service, we kindly request customers to collect their orders promptly upon completion. Articles are to be collected or delivery arranged within 10 days of notification of readiness. Failure to adhere to this timeline will result in a weekly stocking charge of Rs. 500 per order. Additionally, all pending orders will be held for a maximum of 45 days, after which they will be discarded without prior notice. 
  15. To streamline our services and ensure efficient processing, Sneakinn requires a 50% prepayment for all orders exceeding Rs. 15,000. This prepayment is mandatory to initiate the cleaning and/or restoration process.
  16. Sneakinn reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly review the terms and conditions on our website to stay informed of any changes.
